Abstract

Recent surveys on weevil diversity in eastern Anatolia brought several new faunistic findings. Of these, eririhinid weevils Notaris scirpi (Fabricius, 1792) and Tournotaris bimaculata (Fabricus, 1787) (Coleoptera: Curculionoidea: Erirhinidae) are determined from Turkey for the first time. Genus Notaris Germar, 1817 and both species above are new records for Turkish fauna.
